Delivery & Return's
We ask you to allow 7-10 Days for your Order to arrive, in many cases our Orders get to you within 3-5 days, this does NOT apply to Personalized or Made to Order Products.
Any Products that are Out of Stock may take longer as we will place them on back order for you, we will inform you of this.
Our delivery date may occasionally be affected by Circumstances Beyond Our Control.
What is your Return’s Policy?
You must inform us of any Faulty Product(s) that are to be Returned within 1 day of receiving them, these must be received by us within 5 Days from the date of your Order.
If you need to Return a Product, please email us at [email protected] and we will forward to you our Return's procedure.
If you have returned the Product(s because they are faulty, we will refund the price of the Product(s) in full, together with any applicable delivery charges if you do NOT require a Replacement, however if a replacement is required we will only refund any applicable Delivery charges.
Refunds will only be made to your Pay pal account / Credit or Debit Card used by you to when placing your order.
